President of Jalal Talabani Foundation receives the Speaker of the Sulaimani Provincial Council

On Tuesday, April 4, 2023, Ambassador Dr. Mohammed Sabir, President of President Jalal Talabani's Foundation, received Mr. Azad Mohammed, Chairman of Sulaimani Provincial Council and the PUK fraction in the provincial council.
