We, carry this precious legacy of President Mam Jalal

Today, we proudly and reverently recall a brilliant chapter in the history of the struggle of the Kurdish liberation movement, when the Peshmerga and the leader of the new revolution, President Mam Jalal, was elected as the first Kurdish President of the Republic of Iraq, and he was also the first elected president to gain confidence through a democratic process.

We, in the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, carry this precious legacy of President Mam Jalal, follow in his political footsteps, and work according to his approach to build a more prosperous state, strengthen brotherhood, and establish lasting peace among all parties.

On this occasion, we reaffirm our readiness to cooperate with any person or party that believes in dialogue and understanding, with the aim of achieving peace, joint work, reconstruction, and serving our dear citizens.
