President Jalal Talabani Foundation and Vision Foundation Sign MoU for Joint Research and Youth Development
The MoU states: "Conducting joint research across political, legal, economic, and social fields, as well as formulating strategic plans to contribute to the country's development. Additionally, conducting scientific research on the life and struggle of President Jalal Talabani across various aspects—political, social, diplomatic and international relations, governance, freedom, and human rights—and utilizing these studies as a base for administration and political work in Kurdistan and Iraq."
Another section of the MoU reads: "Organizing joint seminars, workshops, forums, and conferences in fields that achieve the goals of both parties, as well as enhancing the human capacity of youth in various areas by providing opportunities to participate in diverse courses and workshops, particularly in scientific and professional fields."
"Executing joint projects in the fields of the environment and climate change, and providing opportunities for youth development in diplomacy and international relations by offering specialized courses in these areas" is another key point of the agreement between the President Jalal Talabani Foundation and the Vision Foundation.
This Memorandum of Understanding consists of six points, will remain in effect for three years, and is renewable upon mutual agreement.
