As part of ongoing activities and projects, the Projects Department of the President Jalal Talabani Foundation organized a training course titled "Management, Human Resources, Organization, and Monitoring," focusing on the theme of *(Roles, Responsibilities, and Authority)*.
In organizing this course, the President Jalal Talabani Foundation aimed to reinforce that management is a duty and responsibility aimed solely at serving the institutional standards of state agencies.
Another primary goal of the course was the execution of administrative duties while recognizing and streamlining routine tasks according to specialization and expertise. It emphasized that the abilities and skills of all employees should be valued and continuously developed. "Connecting systems using modern methods, with a particular focus on information technology," served as another key objective of the program.
Significance of the Course
* Familiarizing Employees with Administrative Terms and Concepts: Expanding staff knowledge, particularly regarding legal and administrative duties and obligations in accordance with laws and regulations, while developing human resource capacities across the public sector.
* Improving Public Services: Enhancing services provided to the families of martyrs and Anfal victims.
* Strengthening Committee Performance: Enhancing the effectiveness and development of administrative committees within their operational scopes.
The course was attended by department heads from the General Directorate of Martyrs and Anfal Affairs in Sulaimaniyah. Delivered by lecturers Sirwan Hama Saeed and Rebar Aziz, the four-day program commenced on September 16.
