President Jalal Talabani Foundation opens its first capacity building training course

Following the establishment of the Learning and Training Center, the President Jalal Talabani Foundation conducted its first free training course on May 02nd 2023 for a number of government officials in Sulaimaniyah Governorate as an initiative to develop the capacity of local government officials.

The subject of the training was Etiquette and dealing with citizens. The main objective of this training is developing the communication skills of verbal and nonverbal interaction and building up positive attitude at different levels.

The President Jalal Talabani Foundation believes that this training will develop the communication skills of the individuals and take them to the next level. The President Jalal Talabani Foundation assures that its Learning and Training Center will continue to provide free trainings to government officials at the level of the region and Iraq.

As per the participants’ point of view, they were satisfied and found the training very useful and effective in enhancing and promoting positive attitude in individuals.

In the last day of the training the Certificates of Participation were provided to the participants.
