Salih Muslim: President Mam Jalal was a charismatic leader for the Kurds and the world, who courageously struggled for the just demands of the Kurdish people

On Tuesday, August 26, 2025, Salih Muslim, a member of the Presidency Board of the Democratic Union Party (PYD) and an accompanying delegation, visited the mausoleum of President Mam Jalal and were welcomed by the Secretariat Bureau of President Mam Jalal.

The co-chair of (PYD) , in the atmosphere of memories, importantly spoke about the historical role of President Mam Jalal in  the  Socialist International organization, as an influential leader and a charismatic figure for the Kurds and the world, who courageously struggled for the just demands of the Kurdish people in all four parts of Kurdistan. He also  struggled for stability and a peaceful coexistence of nations. We, with respect, look at that history full of struggle and will always remember his name and his support.
