Kirkuk University Appreciates the Initiative of President Jalal Talabani Foundation

Within the framework of academic and cultural cooperation between scientific institutions and intellectual centers, the College of Arts at Kirkuk University sent a letter of thanks and appreciation to the President Jalal Talabani Foundation in Sulaymaniyah, in recognition of its generous initiative to donate a valuable collection of books to the college's library.
