On Tuesday, November 4, 2025, Ambassador Dr. Muhammad Sabir, President of the President Jalal Talabani Foundation, received Dr. Sangar Sarchıl, Director of the French Kurdish Friendship DialogueOrganization.
During the meeting, the French Kurdish Friendship Dialogue Organization expressed its desire to establish cooperative relations between the two parties in cultural, social, artistic, and humanitarian fields and to work on developing them in the future.
In another part of the meeting, the possibility of organizing a joint cultural event between the two institutions in the near future was discussed, to promote mutual understanding and cultural exchange between the two parties.
The general objectives of this cooperation were also discussed, which include developing a strategic partnership between the two institutions, facilitating the establishment of joint working mechanisms for continuous and long-term cultural activities, in addition to unifying efforts and relevant resources to create an effective framework for cooperation and shared responsibility.
