President Jalal Talabani Foundation signs a memorandum of understanding with Sulaimani University

On March 12, 2023, Ambassador Dr. Mohammed Sabir, President of President Jalal Talabani Foundation signed a memorandum of understanding with Prof. Dr. Kosar M. Ali, President of Sulaimani University.

According to the memorandum; "Establish and strengthen coordination between the President Jalal Talabani Foundation and Sulaimani University in the field of development cooperation, exchange of information, experience and filling gaps in various fields to provide necessary services and provide a suitable environment for students,"

"The aim of this memorandum is to develop strategic partnership between the two sides and facilitate the establishment of sustainable and long-term cooperation mechanisms, as well as support the development of joint projects and activities, mobilize relevant resources and provide a broad outline of responsibilities.

Finally, the President Jalal Talabani Foundation and the President of Sulaimani University decided to start implementing the contents of this agreement in the near future.
