President Jalal Talabani Foundation congratulates Sulaimani University for achieving first place among universities in Iraq and Kurdistan

On behalf of the President Jalal Talabani Foundation, I extend my warmest congratulations to Sulaimani University, its president, faculty, and staff for achieving the top rank in Iraq.
I hope that Sulaimani University, "The Mother University," continues to lead in academia, research, and all other fields, serving as an example for universities across Kurdistan and Iraq. This achievement is an important milestone for all of Kurdistan and particularly for the city of Sulaimaniyah. It is a source of pride that a university in Kurdistan has reached such a high level in a short period and attained a score of 1001 out of 1200 for the year 2025 according to the Times Higher Education criteria.
Once again, congratulations to Sulaimani University and the entire staff. I wish you continued success and praise your hard work and dedication.
