President of the President Jalal Talabani Foundation Visits Spain

On Sunday, February 8, 2026, Ambassador Dr. Muhammad Sabir, President of the President Jalal Talabani Foundation, along with his accompanying delegation, visited the representation of the Kurdistan Regional Government in Spain and was received by Mr. Darawan Haji, the representative of the Regional Government in the country.

The aim of the President Jalal Talabani Foundation delegation's visit is to strengthen robust relations and mutual understanding with counterpart institutions in Spain, as well as to pay greater attention to developing the fields of enlightenment and academic research, creating job opportunities for young people, and securing study placements in Spain.

The President Jalal Talabani Foundation in Spain is attempting to develop strategic partnerships between relevant parties and facilitate the arrangement of mechanisms for continuous and long-term cooperation.
