President Jalal Talabani Foundation Extends Appreciation to the Representative of the Kurdistan Regional Government in Spain

On Friday, February 13, 2026, Ambassador Dr. Muhammad Sabir, President of the President Jalal Talabani Foundation, presented the letter of appreciation to Mr. Darawan Haji Hamid, Representative of the Kurdistan Regional Government in the Kingdom of Spain.

The President of the President Jalal Talabani Foundation stated: "We express our sincere thanks to the Representative of the Kurdistan Regional Government for his significant role and outstanding efforts in strengthening academic and diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Spain and the Kurdistan Regional Government."

He added: "We extend our deepest appreciation to Mr. Darawan Haji Hamid for his cooperation and for organizing the productive meetings and engagements for the delegation of the President Jalal Talabani Foundation in Spain."

The delegation of the President Jalal Talabani Foundation, headed by Ambassador Dr. Muhammad Sabir, has been in Spain to conduct a series of meetings and discussions. The visit concludes today, with the delegation returning to the Kurdistan Region.
